Four times a year, restaurant Curate at Resorts World Sentosa presents the Art at Curate dining series – a stage where guest Michelin chefs from around the world feature their finest culinary creations.

Kicking off 2019 is the Art at Curate Series 13 with executive chef and director Guillaume Bracaval of upscale two Michelin-starred Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros in Hyatt Regency Tokyo. The Japanese outpost of three Michelin-starred Troisgros in France by Chef Michel Troisgros opened in 2006 and is known for its exceptional and inventive French haute cuisine using seasonal Japanese produce.

In collaboration with Chef de Cuisine Benjamin Halat of Curate at RWS, chef Bracaval will showcase his gastronomic artistry in an exclusive four-hands dining experience. These will include Chef Bracaval’s signature dishes such as the eclectically-flavoured Jerusalem Artichoke – an appetiser comprising fresh egg with black truffles; as well as the iconic main course Beef Entrecôte which tops artfully diced succulent beef cubes with potato and parmesan shavings.
