Need a little magic in your life? Swatch may be able to help you out with that with its new design, dubbed the Flymagic. The magic part of the Swiss watchmaker's latest offering lies in the paramagnetic Nivachron hairspring, the first of its kind seen in a Swatch design.
You'll be able to see the innovative new balance spring up close though the automatic movement's transparent rotor, which also reveals the Flymagic's finely finished modules and skeletonized gear train. And here's another quirk: the seconds hand runs backwards.
Launching in April, the Flymagic will come in three designs, with only 500 pieces available each. The timepiece, which features a stainless steel case, also comes with a rubber strap and two calf leather straps. Have a sneak peek of the collection below:
