On top of that, dishes like Fish Maw Soup with Lotus Root and Shimeji Mushrooms, Braised Hong Kong Noodles with Shredded Chicken, Fried Glutinous Rice with Chinese Sausage, and our personal favourite – Bird’s Nest Buddha Jumps Over The Wall are sure to win you and your loved ones over.

Just the thought of appetisers and mains like Shredded Filo Seafood Roll, Caramelised Pork Belly Bites, Red Curry Slipper Lobsters, Fragrant Lemongrass & Lime Clams, Caramelised Orange Barramundi, White Pepper Espresso Ribs (our favourite), Chargrilled Beef Short Rib, and a tasty Steamed Kaya Pudding has already gotten our appetite worked up.
