The anticipation is building for the 2024 Olympics Opening Ceremony after two renowned singers, Lady Gaga and Celine Dion, were spotted in Paris and rumors of other A-listers expected to be in attendance have been spreading. Aside from French singer Aya Nakamura, the line-up for the Opening Ceremony has been under wraps, and the Olympic Committee has been very tight-lipped about it. However, the internet is doing its best to uncover who will be in attendance.

In contrast to past ceremonies, this year’s opening will break from the traditional parade and take place on Paris’s River Seine. In this monumental event, it will be the first time the Opening Ceremony will be held outside of a stadium in the history of the modern Olympic Games.

Regarding the Olympic torch, which has spent the past two months crossing France, it has been carried by a variety of different celebrities, including former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, former World Cup winner Thierry Henry, former NBA player Tony Parker, French skier Perrine Laffont, Formula One driver Charles Leclerc, BMX world champion Matthias Dandois, former US football player Megan Rapinoe, actress Salma Hayek, BTS's Jin, actress Halle Berry, and singer Olivia Ruiz.

It has been confirmed that American rapper Snoop Dogg will be carrying the torch through the streets of Saint-Denis, home to the Olympic Stadium and Aquatics Centre on its final journey. L’OFFICIEL has rounded up a list of celebrities who are said to be at this historic event so far.
