Chang Sensory Trails 2017: A Thai Culinary Adventure
After a hugely successful turnout in London and San Francisco, Chang Sensory Trails made a third stop on its global tour with a multi-sensorial culinary playground in Singapore last month. Held at The Promontory @ Marina, the two-day event was a sell-out success, introducing beer lovers and foodies to a modern, refreshing take on Thai food, art and music. The highlight of the event was undoubtely renowned chef duo, 'Bo' Songvisava and Dylan Jones of Bangkok's Bo.Lan. Together with some of Singapore's best Thai restaurants such as Long Chim, Folks Collective, Tamarind Hill and Longtail, Chef Bo and Chef Dylan Jones served up a tantalising selection of bold Thai dishes inspired by their own culinary adventures. Lucky guests were even treated to VIP dining experience at the Chef's Table, where Chef Bo and Chef Dylan Jones personally presented their intepretations of iconic Thai dishes.
But it wasn't all about the food: Chang Sensory Trails proved to be an entertaining evening for all, with live musical performances by O.K Ready, Astronauts and The Good Life Project and a 'Herb Hill' interactive art installation for revelers of all ages to enjoy.
