Get ready for a night of non-stop fashion appreciation with Runway by the Hive. Coming to Hive Studios this October, the event will be sponsored by Kevin Murphy Asia Pte. Ltd, Level Ground Community, O2 Bistro, The Cookie Club, and more.

This year's lineup will also feature the works of designers – ASTRA Tailoring, Binary Style, Dear Samfu, JOANNALSM, Mrs Deco, NEW DAWN by Pratyusha, Sheila Tjandra, and Wray Crafted on the runway.

ASTRA Tailoring

Menswear meets sustainability with ASTRA Tailoring, led by designer Ayumi Kwan. This up-and-coming brand manipulates fabric to add a flair to the art of shirting, a step up from just your simple suit.

Binary Style

Helmed by twin sisters and trained architects Santhi and Sari Tunas since 2015, Binary Style explores the fashioning of conventional prints. Most recognised for their scarves, the duo have commissioned pieces for Singapore Airlines and National Heritage Board museums.

Dear Samfu

Dear Samfu offers a modern twist on your grandmother's closet. Known for their classic Samfus that come in a variety of nostalgic designs, these pieces are built to last.

JOANNALSM

Lead designer Joanna Lim infuses art with fashion to create pieces for JOANNALSM. Created with an avant-garde perspective, these ensembles are intended to suit the distinct form and style of every and any wearer.

Mrs Deco

Handmade in Bali, Mrs Deco offers the ultimate wardrobe for women who live laidback lifestyles. Their lounge and leisure wear make the perfect clothing for comfort on both land and sea.

NEW DAWN

Created by LASALLE student and designer Pratyusha, NEW DAWN's ensembles offer a more abstract take on contemporary fashion, with billowed sleeves, odd textures, and avant-garde structures.

Sheila Tjandra

Final year textile and fashion design student Sheila Tjandra specialises in the experimentation of textures and materials. Her latest work is inspired by environmental issues that have been a result of the fashion industry.

Wray Crafted

Wray Craft believes in preserving traditional techniques and skills through heritage print techniques and hand embroidery by their artisans. They work with principle producer Kalava Crafts – a community group based in Udaipur skilled in Indian craft techniques.

L'Officiel Singapore is proud to be one of the official media partners for Runway by the Hive. The event will be held at the Hive Studios, Level 6, Vanguard Campus, 1 Kallang Jct, Singapore 339263 from 7 to 10 pm on 7 October. For ticket information, visit their website here.
