The actress made her stance clear in a subtle way after some unsolicited fashion advice from her partner

It's a feat not many would dare take on, and yet, it's exactly what her boyfriend Darius Daulton Jackson tried to do. On Wednesday, Jackson had some unsolicited fashion advice for his girlfriend after coming across a video of her dancing with Usher. (Please note, Jackson is not a professional stylist, but a former fitness instructor.)
While most men &mdash; especially men who would have the privilege to call themselves the boyfriend of Palmer &mdash; would use their platform to hype their woman up, Jackson decided to take an unexpected route. "It's the outfit tho...you a mom," he <a href="https://pagesix.com/2023/07/05/keke-palmers-boyfriend-shames-her-for-wearing-tight-outfit-to-usher-concert/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">tweeted</a>.&nbsp;
The outfit in question consisted of a long-sleeve, ankle-length <a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/fashion/sheer-see-through-dress-trend-kylie-jenner-kardashian" target="_blank" title="How to Wear the Sheer Dress Trend" rel="noopener">sheer dress</a> atop a black <a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/fashion/bodysuits-and-built-in-heel-s-kim-kardashian-s-sleek-chic-and-unique-new-look" title="Bodysuits and built-in heels: Inside Kim Kardashian's brow-raising new look" target="_blank" rel="noopener">bodysuit</a> &mdash; a look that numerous celebrities have popularly donned as of late.

Keke Palmer wore a controversial no-pants look that had even her boyfriend up in arms.

Immediate criticism of his words ensued. Some people stated that this is a conversation that should have been had privately, while others believe his comment was problematic in totality and shouldn't have been said at all.
Not apologising or letting the situation go, Jackson doubled down on his take, tweeting, "We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn&rsquo;t want the wife &amp; mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others &amp; he gets told how much of a hater he is. This is my family &amp; my representation. I have standards &amp; morals to what I believe. I rest my case."
While Palmer didn't directly comment about his tweets, she did post on her Instagram of herself in the dress, starting the caption with, "I wish I had taken more pictures but we were running late!"
Following the backlash, Jackson briefly deactivated his Twitter and Instagram accounts before reactivating them only a few hours later. As of Friday, he's removed all photos of Palmer.

In February, Palmer and Jackson <a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/culture/celebrity-baby-news-2023-pregnancy-announcements" target="_blank" rel="noopener">welcomed their son, Leodis,</a> into the world. With all the drama that's occurred, the status of their relationship means unknown. While Jackson has been swift to wipe all photos of Palmer off his social media, images of Jackson have yet to be removed from hers.
That said, photos of Leodis currently remain on both Palmer and Jackson's social media accounts.
