The powerhouse girl group drops their new track after a year-long hiatus, the first instalment in a three-part comeback that will see the quartet release their first studio album in September 

Blinks, rejoice! Following an almost 13 month hiatus, <a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/Culture/light-on-blackpink-the-korean-phenomenon">Blackpink</a> is (finally) back in your area with an all-new single, &lsquo;How You Like That&rsquo;. The track comes hot on the heels of &lsquo;<a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/Culture/lady-gaga-and-blackpink-come-together-for-new-sour-candy-dance-track">Sour Candy</a>&rsquo;, the quartet&rsquo;s recent collaboration with Lady Gaga, and marks the first in a three-part comeback that will see the girl group release their first full-length studio album this coming September.

As you might expect from K-pop&rsquo;s fabulous foursome (<a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/fashion/a-roundup-of-lisa-s-best-style-moments">Lisa</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/fashion/blackpink-s-rose-lends-some-major-star-power-to-saint-laurent-rive-droite">Ros&eacute;</a>, <a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/fashion/jentlehome-where-blackpink-s-jennie-meets-gentle-monster">Jennie</a>, and <a href="https://www.lofficielsingapore.com/fashion/we-re-obsessed-with-jisoo-s-off-duty-style">Jisoo</a>), the music video is a high-energy mix of powerhouse vocals, catchy rap verses, slick dance moves, and of course, killer style.

&ldquo;If our previous songs gave off the vibe of being strong and powerful, I think this song is more hip and shows off our swag,&rdquo; explained Jisoo in the 24/365 With Blackpink <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZjGiK87EaQ0">prologue video</a>. &nbsp;

The group also hopes to spread a message of hope and positivity through their new song, of having the strength and confidence to rise above difficult times and circumstances.

Debuted just hours ago, &lsquo;How You Like That&rsquo; has already made history as the biggest premiere in YouTube history, with a total of 1.65 million fans tuning in simultaneously to watch the clip being unveiled, and has racked up nearly 500,000 views on the platform as of this moment.
