Dusit Thani Bangkok&rsquo;s dining venues are similarly impressive &mdash; The Pavilion serves Thai, Chinese and international treats, while Dusit Gourmet is the spot for open kitchen favourites and bakes. We recommend the Emerald Pandan Dumplings in Young Coconut Syrup from the former&rsquo;s menu. The hotel&rsquo;s 1970 Bar lets guests step straight into an era of retro glam &mdash; naturally, the music here is from the &rsquo;70s and the cocktails, such as the bright and fresh Stockman (Plymouth Gin, Riesling, Muscat Grape, Green Melon, Eucalyptus, Soda) we tried, are inspired by some of the biggest retro hits of that decade.
