Indulge in the Best of Singapore’s F&B Establishments this Easter Weekend
Treat yourself to some good eats this Easter weekend. From Opus Bar and Grill's scrumptious feast to Taylor Adam's latest selection of cocktails, here's a list of our favourite F&B establishments to spend the long weekend at.
What better way to celebrate 10-pax meetups than with a scrumptious feast with friends and family? With the ease of COVID-19 restrictions and Easter fast approaching, call your loved ones down for a much-needed reunion outside at these establishments.
Taylor Adam
Our favourite speakeasy bar is back with a new and intriguing menu specially curated for this time of year. Taylor Adam has had quite the run upon its opening and they seem to be on a roll with the popularity of their creations among the CBD crowd and cocktail lovers alike.
The bar's Chapter 2 menu – titled Pride of the East – comes with new signature cocktails that are sure to spoil your tastebuds. Inspired by the British trade routes in Asia, the menu explores the traditional blends of taste profiles known to Peranakan, Euro-Thai, Indian, and Taiwanese cultures.
The best part about the menu is that there's something for everyone. In the mood for something spicy? Try the Nimbu Pani – or as they call it, alcohol chai. If you're more adventurous, consider the Forgotten Farmosa – a cilantro-heavy drink that you'll either love or hate. More of a shot person? Get the Pani Puri – a twist on the popular Indian street food snack we've all had at least once in our lives.
