A Look at Jisoo's Go-To Fashion Styles
As Blackpink's Jisoo turns 27 this month, we take a look at all the fashion she has been rocking.
Go Ultra Feminine
Tiny florals, flared silhouettes, and ruffles. These looks ooze girlish charm while still being cool, modern, and elegant.
While in Paris for Fashion Week, Jisoo went for a chic, layered look, pairing a black, long sleeve, turtleneck top over a star motif, fit-and-flare style Dior Sundress. J'adior heels and a cloudy blue Dior micro bag completed the almost contemporary cinderella-esque outfit.
In a summer-perfect ensemble, she wore the most darling, mustard yellow, ditsy floral romper from Urban Outfitters with tiny buttons down the front. The look was accessorised with a straw hat and the gold D-round Dior choker for a bit of subtle, delicate bling.
Oversized Pullovers
Cosy, casual, yet oh-so-stylish. Jisoo sure knows how to rock an oversized pullover, styling it in various ways to create the cutest looks.
She pairs a pastel, lemon yellow pullover with a black collar peeking through the top with a printed mini skirt. The yellow adds a bright pop of colour to the otherwise all black. She finished the look with shiny, black lace-up booties and a structured bag.
In an effortlessly casual, sporty-stylish look, Jisoo wears a white oversized pullover as a minidress, teaming it with knee-high socks and the Adidas Adidas POD-S3.1 S sneakers in a bright-pastel lilac. The addition of a sweet pastel shade and knee socks really gave the look a fun, flirty, and girlish twist.
Say Tweed
Jisoo has embraced the classic tweed print in a variety of glamorous, casual and sleek looks. While in Los Angeles, she donned a red, tweed on tweed ensemble, putting her own spin on Cali-cool. She paired a red and white tweed mini dress with black contrast trims and button front detail with a vibrant, cherry red tweed jacket.
In a more edgy-glamorous ensemble, she paired a puff-sleeved dark grey tweed, cut-out crop top with a matching skirt and black, knee-high, lace-up boots. Sparkly silver earrings complemented the silver accents on the outfit.
Dior, Dior, Dior
It is no surprise that Jisoo loves her Dior. The Dior ambassador is often spotted representing the brand in her Instagram posts.
In a street style ensemble, she pairs a grungey, graphic tee with a black mini skirt and accessorises with the black Lady Dior Bag. In a sweet, girlish look, Jisoo pairs a puffy-sleeved white ruffle peasant crop top with light blue jeans. The look is accessorised with the Lady Dior mini bag in beige and a matchy-matchy, beige ribbon sat on top of a high ponytail.
Street Chic
In contrast to her girlishly sweet looks, Jisoo is also a master of street-chic. Often teaming edgy-feminine pieces together to create some uniquely trendy looks.
She pairs a leopard print crop top with exaggerated puff sleeves and matching shorts with a gold chain belt and layered necklaces. The white piping on the shorts and silver zip up front gave it a slightly sporty look that lent a street-style edge.
While at Paris fashion week, she again sported an urban-chic look. Luxe loungewear in the form of a hoodie and a pair of shorts from Dior's Chez Moi capsule collection was accessorised with Dior's black quilted Caro Bag and quilted, knee-high boots. The leather bag and boots added a chic factor to the otherwise sporty-street outfit.
The schoolgirl look
Jisoo has the schoolgirl aesthetic down, but she doesn't keep it completely classic.
In a more minimalist, contemporary-vibe look, she channels the '90s with a lettuce hem, micromesh mini skirt in a classic schoolgirl tartan print. The skirt is paired with a black cropped tank layered under a semi-sheer, oversized white shirt that was half buttoned up at the top. To match the dark blue, tartan hues of the skirt, she accessorised the look with a dark navy Dior Bobby bag.
A grunge aesthetic was given a schoolgirl twist as well with a tiered, ruffle, tartan mini skirt. The skirt was teamed with a red, printed t-shirt that was tied up at the side, a slightly oversized flannel shirt that was worn as a jacket and black fishnet stockings. She accessorised with a sparkly, silver layered belt and gold Christian Dior chain choker.
Preppy
Cute cardigans, button-ups and twin-sets Jisoo's preppy looks are definitely ones that you can use for year-round style inspiration.
Her pastel lilac Ralph Lauren Cardigan and black mini skirt ensemble is perfect for spring. The metallic purple Coach Kiko Safari Tote added an element of whimsy to the preppy look and featured the cutest, bunny bag charm. Transition to summer with a v-neck puff sleeved cardigan tucked into a black mini skirt with pretty layered necklaces and taupe hairband as accessories.
Twinsets are perfect for when the colder weather rolls around and Jisoo's classic, black and white, houndstooth print skirt and slightly cropped, double-breasted jacket screams preppy-chic.
