Tonight, kicking off Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week, the designer will be presenting her ultimate tribute to Hubert de Givenchy, who passed earlier this year. Entitled &quot;Caraman&quot; &mdash; the name of the mansion on George V Avenue where Givenchy had once lived &mdash; the collection will undoubtedly include&nbsp;some of&nbsp;the late couturier&#39;s iconic creations, albeit updated with Keller&#39;s modern touch.
