Catchfly, a speakeasy-style bar headed by New York mixologist Liam Baer, will occupy the building’s basement. Fusing plush interiors with industrial edges, the new late-night watering hole will serve up Baer’s interpretation of classic cocktails, bursting with fresh herbs and spices.
One floor up, Coriander Leaf Grill – an offshoot of Coriander Leaf at Chijmes – will offer a menu of Pan-Asian cuisine and wide selection of wines and beers. A feast for the eyes as well as the appetite, the restaurant’s outdoor terrace boasts excellent views of Chinatown and Ann Siang Road.
12 Ann Siang is taking its offerings a step further with Coriander Leaf Studio, a new space venue for private and corporate events. Fully outfitted with AV equipment, the studio will comfortably accommodate up to sixty people.
The building’s boutique cinema room on the third floorwill remain as the Screening Room with a host of new ‘film noir’ and ‘art house’ screenings scheduled for the coming months. In addition, Rooftop at Screening Room has expanded its menu to include gin and whisky offerings, new signature cocktails, and bar bites.
