Amidst the inspirational, artistic streetscape in the trendy Wynwood district of Miami, Florida, art lovers will be expecting a new landmark – the first residential building by Italian clothing company Diesel.
Where art is a form of self-expression, the first Diesel building aims to transform life attitudes into places of living and an expression of personality.
Designed by Zyschovich Architects and developed by Bel Invest Group, the building will be home to 143 loft-style apartments and at ground-level, an estimated 24,000 square feet of commercial area aims to create a lifestyle of convenience, a neighbourhood substantial enough to meet all daily needs.
“Diesel Living is the first true concept of modern living by a fashion brand. It reflects the lifestyle of today’s young generations, moving around the world and living life on their own terms. It reflects their ‘social’ way of interpreting their residences, spaces where they live, work, entertain friends – spaces that say a lot about them and their personality. Diesel Living helps them to do just that: show the world who they are. I am sure this new project is only the beginning of a new exciting adventure” says Renzo Rosso, founder of Diesel.
