As the writer Henry Miller once said, the only thing we can never get enough of is love. Especially at this present moment when love – or as we like to say here, L’Ove – is a much-needed balm for our souls. So as we continue to spend more time at home, L’Officiel Singapore is spreading more feel-goodness around by spotlighting 16 international models we L’Ove over 16 days, through exclusive, remotely shot videos and images, as well as short interviews.

Head to our Instagram page to see model behaviour at its best, and get inspired by how these runway regulars and campaign stars are staying creative and picking up new skills at home.

Gizelle Oliveira

Glamazon Gizele Oliveira has fronted campaigns for MAC, H&M and strutted her stuff for Dolce and Gabanna and Victoria's Secret. Here, the 26-year-old Brazilian model confesses, on her at-home guilty pleasure: “Every time I got bored I would order bubble tea, so I've been drinking lots of it!” Check out what she's been up to at home, including an adorable cameo of her dog.

What’s one fun skill you’ve picked up or improved on whilst spending more time at home?
A really fun skill that I picked up during quarantine was getting better at doing my make-up. I've been trying different colors, eye shapes and I am really loving it.

What has been your little guilty pleasure to keep your spirits up while staying at home?
A guilty pleasure of mine during this quarantine is that every time I got bored I would order bubble tea, so I've been drinking lots of bubble tea!

Looking on the positive side, what’s the best thing that has happened since spending more time at home?
I think the best thing that happened to me whilst spending more time at home is that I got to spend more time with my boyfriend and my dog. We got to do some fun trips upstate New York and it was beautiful because I just got to spend more time in nature, which has also been amazing for my dog too as he is a city dog.

What’s one fun skill you’ve picked up or improved on whilst spending more time at home?
Some of the fun skills that I have picked up on spending time at home are learning how to play the guitar, learning how to speak and write in French because I am living in France now, so I need that; and spending time with my fiancé.

What has been your little guilty pleasure to keep your spirits up while staying at home?
Some of my guilty pleasures during this time have been eating a lot of candy, working out, watching movies, and waiting for us to go back outside.

Looking on the positive side, what’s the best thing that has happened since spending more time at home?
Looking on the positive side, while spending time at home, some nice things that happened are that I have a lovely little cat I got to spend time with, I got engaged, spending time with my fiancé and cat, playing guitar, and just hoping for better days.

Noel Berry

American model Noel Berry made her debut for Spring Summer '14 and has recently walked the couture shows of Azzaro, Zuhair Murad, Alexander Vaulthier and Phillip Plein.

What’s one fun skill you’ve picked up or improved on whilst spending more time at home?
A fun skill I've picked up on while being at home has been playing the guitar. When I was young my parents got me a guitar and they have always wanted me to learn it, but I never got into it, so I have taken it back up and I have been taking lessons twice a week. I am slowly but surely improving, so it's been exciting because I've always wanted to be able to play an instrument.

What has been your little guilty pleasure to keep your spirits up while staying at home?
My little guilty pleasure that has been keeping my spirits up while staying at home has been taking naps, because normally when I am working and life is moving at a normal pace, I don't get to take many naps, and it's my favourite thing to take a nice afternoon nap, so I've been having a lot of those and I really enjoyed it.

Looking on the positive side, what’s the best thing that has happened since spending more time at home?
Looking on the positive side, the best thing that's happened since staying at home has been for me just getting back to the basics and catching up with family and friends and spending lots of quality time with loved ones. Also, I finally got a puppy which I've been wanting to do and I just hadn't really had the time, so that's been really nice as well.

Jason Morgan

American model Jason Morgan is a living sculpture. His rugged good looks and chiseled body has fronted Giorgio Armani's Acqua di Gio fragrance, campaigns for Polo Ralph Lauren, Emporio Armani, and has appeared in various print editorials in fashion magazines.

What’s one fun skill you’ve picked up or improved on whilst spending more time at home?

One skill I picked up on spending time at home is that I have been cooking a lot more and being a little more self-sufficient. It's something I haven't done before in my life, so I am kind of proud of it.

What has been your little guilty pleasure to keep your spirits up while staying at home?

A guilty pleasure during this shutdown it's probably that I've been drinking a little bit more than I normally do. I'm not an alcoholic or anything [laughs], but I allow myself to have a few beers at night, and I got myself a PlayStation4. I haven't played videogames in fifteen years probably, so those are two things that I don't normally do but that I've done more of during this time.

Looking on the positive side, what’s the best thing that has happened since spending more time at home?

Looking at the positive side and trying to find something positive through all of this, even if it's a very hard thing to do because it's honestly hard to find anything positive about this, but I would say I have developed closer relationships with friends and my family. I've developed closer bonds with both and I think you really find out who's really important in your life, what's important in life in times like this.
