Feeling bored at home because of the partial lockdown? There's no easier way to overcome that than by taking part in chic social media challenges on Instagram. Right now, several hashtags are trending amongst the fashionable set, with influencers, celebrities, and other well-known personalities trying their hand at a series of fashion challenges. And you should too! So immerse yourself in creativity and get the fun going with these viral hashtags:

Share your best home office look, be it a comfortable dress, sweatpants, or your favourite brand. WFHFits (which means work from home outfits) was created by three editors from the United States and the United Kingdom, and it's sure to be a huge source of inspiration for your daily quarantine look. Just send a message to the profile, and hope to be featured.

Created by Skipdin, this challenge consists of nothing less than recreating high fashion looks with everyday objects. From duvets and old newspapers to trash bags and (coveted) rolls of toilet paper, the idea is get creative and bring on fun looks that are worthy of a red carpet!

If you miss getting ready for some weekend revelry, Mary Benson's fashion challenge is the one for you. The sustainable brand owner is helping to get us out of our pyjamas and into our glad rags, with a call to dress up like we're going out on a Friday night. The idea is simple, but it's an attitude that will give life to your weekends.

In times of great tension, fun colours can literally make your life brighter and better. Which is why influencers Zeena Shah and Natalie Wall came up with the challenge that each day of the week should belong to one colour of the rainbow, asking their followers to use the shades in their OOTD posts. Monday corresponds to red, Tuesday to orange, Wednesday to pink (on Wednesdays we wear pink!), and Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to yellow, green, blue, and purple, respectively.

The way you dress can really have an impact on your mood, so why stay at home wearing pyjamas all day? Leandra Medine Cohen launched this challenge, which does exactly what it says on the tin, "Going Nowhere But F*** It I'm Getting Dressed".

Staying at home all day every day can be a real bore, but putting on a powerful look can help to spice things up. Sophie Kjøller is encouraging her followers to wear their best looks on a normal day and photograph the process. In her case, she bet on a wedding dress! Because why not?

Vintage seller Second Stories have been suggesting that their followers celebrate the weekend by donning their Saturday best. After all, wouldn't that be what you'd do if you weren't under lockdown?
