Get Your Party On With The Baby Dior F/W19-20 Collection
Inspired by the grand balls of the 20th century, the Baby Dior Fall/Winter collection by Cordelia de Castellane took one of Christian Dior's precious memories from the many balls he has attended and turned them into dreamy and festive pieces for the little ones of Dior.
For starters, the collection sees creations from the Rose Bonbon line that is full of tules, red velvets and floral prints for girls that are perfect for any celebration. The festivity isn’t lacking for the boys, either. Suit your little one up with a button-up in the signature toile de Jouy print and denim jacket with speckles of paint for details. A favourite appearance in the collection is definitely the round Dior Oblique canvas bag for the little ladies, who would love a twinning moment with their mummies.
Remember when the House of Dior paid tribute to the golden era of Baroque with the "Tiepolo" Ball at the historic Palazzo in 1951? That grand ball's aesthetic was translated into a black-and-white themed collection titled 'DÉBORDANTE IMAGINATION' in the F/W collection as well. Key looks from the collection include the black wool coat with embroidered cursive Dior logo, pleated chiffon dress in a white and dotted swiss skirt for the girls. The boys, on the other hand, are looking dapper with leather sneakers with Dior and sleek tuxedo shirt. For colder climates, a chic shearling jacket would definitely keep the them warm.
