Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams in Brooklyn
Following its success at the Musée des Arts décoratifs in Paris, the exhibition will reopen its doors at the Brooklyn Museum in New York starting September 10, 2021.
The silhouettes presented at the exhibition reflect the entire creative path of Christian Dior. In September 1947, just months after New Look's triumph, the couturier flew to the United States, a country with which the House developed a long and lasting friendship. The American Dream meets the Dior Dream - from fashion to art.
