Cabello, who turns 23 years old on Tuesday (March 3), shared an adorable baby photo of herself on Instagram earlier in the day, who joked in her caption, &ldquo;I&rsquo;m 23 in a few hours so I&rsquo;m posting my first internet nude.&rdquo;
