The men's fashion weeks have always had a reputation for being calmer, more relaxed than its counterparts putting out the women's collections. All this changed this month with multiple fashion houses releasing padam-inducing statements, which got K-pop fanatics and pop culture followers in a frenzy. Dolce & Gabbana ambassador and NCT member Kim Doyoung was announced to be gracing the brand's SS24 men's show in Milan, while his group mate, Taeyong, got NCTzens declaring "we Loewe you" as he was named the house's new global ambassador in tandem with the brand sharing that the NCT leader would be heading to Paris for its SS24 men's show. Not to be outdone, Dior revealed that Astro's Cha Eun-woo (a Dior fashion and beauty ambassador) and the hugely popular Thai actors Nattawin and Mile (also newly minted house ambassadors for Thailand), would be present to watch a Dior Men collection celebrating Kim Jones' five years so far at the house.
