Shilla Duty Free in Singapore&rsquo;s Changi Airport has been chosen to be the first in the world to launch SK-II&rsquo;s latest innovation &ndash; the GenOptics Spot Pen ($190). As its name suggests, the targeted skincare treatment is designed to effectively reduce the appearance of spots for a brighter mien and more even skin tone.

But don&rsquo;t be fooled by the lightweight texture of the essence. It&rsquo;s in fact a heavyweight containing a blend of the brand&rsquo;s star ingredient Pitera and a high concentration (the highest out of all SK-II products) of the brand&rsquo;s brightening WH Smart Cocktail, which aims to give users crystal clear skin over time. Use it as a preventive measure (a spot is easiest to erase when it is new), or on existing dark spots, age spots, sun spots caused by UV exposure, and even pigmentation caused by that stubborn breakout. &nbsp;

The technique: To be applied on areas of concern after your lotions and serums, using the pen&rsquo;s magnetic applicator.
