As winter segues into spring, it marks a new beginning. In the world of fashion, the turn of the seasons not only brings some of the leading top models into The Big Apple, it also sees the emergence of fresh designs and innovative concepts. For Coach, spring 2014 represents a growth of a new chapter for the design house.
While Coach is celebrated for its timeless accessories and leather goods, the label aims to expand and revamp into a contemporary lifestyle company, while still retaining its reputation for luxury. This is captured in the pre-spring/spring campaign with Karlie Kloss and Liu Wen (making her second Asian debut for the brand), which showcases the duo lounging against a backdrop of gritty New York neighbourhoods.
The collection introduces a vachetta leather range with a core colour palette of black and rich mahogany, with pops of seasonal hues for a modern finish. With the signature Borough bag expanding to include smart new silhouettes, and classic outerwear reinvented, the visuals truly embody Coach’s easy sophistication and the spirit of New York City.
