This season, Boss debuts a new Made In Italy collection of leather goods. Asserting the fact that the brand’s attention to quality is its strength, the bags in the collection are crafted entirely by hand. Each comes in five colours and is made in Florence. The perfect accessory for work, the bags are also versatile enough for more relaxed pursuits on the weekend.
Satisfying the varying needs of the modern traveller, the new line of accessories includes a practical toiletries bag, an elegant document holder, a trolley bag and a laptop case. Practicality is also forefront in the collection of lace-printed fabric and calf-leather shoes that are handmade in Morrovalle – a commune in the province of Macerata in the Italian region of Marche – using the Bolognese methods of construction, resulting in footwear that is completely functional, and eternally classic.
With a focus on avant-garde forms and the finest materials, the Boss Spring/Summer ’16 collection features sharper silhouettes and details, so that the pieces seem almost tailor-made. A highlight is the navy blue trench coat that goes especially well with cropped-legged pants and a pair of sneakers.
Casual, but always stylish – that’s the ultra-modern interpretation of the Boss businessman now. The on-the-go urbanite – whose wardrobe of timeless grey and blue shades is now supplemented with pops of bright red and mint green – has never travelled more elegantly nor looked better.
